Today’s Writers World Young Author’s Feature
Teen and Kid Submission Guidelines
Todays Writers World provides a platform to showcase excellent
unplublished stories and poems by students grades four through high school.
Qualified, excellent stories and poems from young writers will be selected for possible publication on Todays Writers World’s feature: Young Authors. Submissions can be on any topic, in any genre, and must clearly and creatively communicate the season (winter, spring, summer, autumn) in which the story/poem takes place.
We will be looking for strong characters, well written narrative, and engaging dialogue in short story submissions. Poems need to cause readers to ponder and follow rules for the style of poetry used.
No more than one piece will be chosen for the Young Authors Feature per month during the season in which the piece takes place.
